[Petition in 3 parts].1) Kyme requests remedy as he receive £50 as a prest of the Wardrobe which was subsequently allowed by Sandale as his wages for residing with the late king in Gascony, but this is not allowed by the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, and is on demand.2) He requests allowance in a certain sum he owes the king against the arrears of his wages from his time with the late king in Gascony.3) He requests allowance in the 12th as the late king pardoned the payment all those with him in Gascony.1)

Let it be ordered to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that Sandale charged the same in his account then they should discharge Kyme.2) He should have a writ to the treasurer and barons to make allowance.3) He should have a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to make allowance to him and all those with the late king in Gascony.
