Nature of request
It is requested that the executors of the testament of Henry V be granted the power to pay debts due to clerks of the works, their attorneys or representatives having accounts as those having debentures have been, as the 800 or more creditors will be ruined without remedy.
Nature of endorsement
[On face].Let this bill be sent to the lords.[On dorse].Let the names of those to whom sums are due for the works within written be certified to the council, with the sums and the cause, and there let satisfaction be made as reason demands.

The petition is dated to? 1425 as the petition refers to events at the Westminster parliament held in the second year of Henry VI that was held in October 1323. As this is clearly a parliamentary petition the petition is likely to have been presented in the next parliament held in April 1425 at Westminster, though it cannot be discounted that this was presented to a parliament subsequent to this.
