- The petitioners request that the commons will request that the king ordain, with the assent of the lords spiritual and temporal that cloth measured by the alnager and sealed with the king's seal and the subsidy paid shall not be forfeited or anyone into whose hands it has come be vexed or troubled by the king's ministers.
