Nature of request
Burle requests that he be granted a commission or warrant to certain justices to do justice to him concerning his inability to obtain restitution from Romsey and to get Picard to answer him concerning gold and silver that he delivered to Romsey, Romsey having withdrawn without making full satisfaction.
Nature of endorsement
Let the petition be delivered into Chancery before the chancellor and treasurer, and let them call Picard and his ministers before them by whom the truth of the matter is able to be found, and they are to hear the answers and do justice.
