- He requests a warrant of the privy seal to the treasurer and chamberlain to pay him the arrears of . . . that was granted to him by the king, and the wages that he is due for his service with his men as he is put out of his heritage and was captured by the French at Mont-de-Marsan and put to ransom, and the king said to him when he did homage to him at Antwerp that he would make restitution for his losses incurred because of him.
