[Petition in 3 parts].1) Neville requests remedy concerning Fairfax as the archbishop sued an oyer and terminer against him and his men and he by the aid of a great number of men resisted arrest.2) He further complains of Farefax and Etton who entered his liberty of Ripon, assaulted his men, carried away their goods and demolished their houses so they dared not reside there any more.3) [The final request is in parts illegible, and full sense is difficult to recover]. The archbishop requests execution on the findings of a commission for which he previously petitioned.
