Corbridge requests remedy as he and his predecessors have been seised of the manor of Cawood with its appurtenance but David de Cawood has brought two writs of novel disseisin against him before the justices of the Bench at York for portions of the wood and moor in Cawood, and although judgment has passed to the archbishop, he has now brought a writ to bring the record of the judgment before Brabazon, and while judgment is pending the escheator has seized the land.
