[Petition in 3 parts].1) An oyer and terminer is requested concerning the horrible felonies, trespases, conspiracies and felonies done at Clotherholme and elsewhere in Yorkshire.2) An oyer and terminer is requested concerning the many trespasses of Fairfax and others at Clotherholme.3) An oyer and terminer is requested for further trespasses done to Ralph Pygott at Clotherholme by Fairfax and others.4) The discharge of the sheriff is requested as he is an adherent of the malefactors.
