Nature of request
The common people request a penance for the sheriff and others as the sheriff put people who held insufficient land on juries whereupon they were intimidated by the richer members of the jury to the disinheritance of the people and the great damage of the king.1)
Nature of endorsement
Those who are aggrieved against the statute should have remedy in Chancery.2) Concerning to the other things touching a new law to which the commonalty do not wish to assent so that nothing can be done.
