Wakefeld requests remedy of the following grievances:1) Calveley and others at Haswell's command entered his rectory and broke his millstones.2) Calveley has occupied a piece of his land where he has built a rabbit warren.3) Calveley beat Clifton, one of his servants.4) Calveley beat his harvest workers who worked with Wakefeld for his money in August.5) Richard de Merton and others assaulted him on the highway, imprisoned him and forced him to pay a fine.6) Haswell and other prevented him from sewing his land and pasturing his beasts in the common pasture.7) Letton killed Richard de Crouche his chaplain and has been sheltered by Stephen de Merton and was held in his service.
