The prioress and convent request remedy and grace as Mowbray disseised them of wood and waste in Wroxall and 5 marks of rent in Balsall which have come into the king's hand by the forfeiture of Mowbray.1)

Note
The petition dates to c. 1322 as the petition is obviously submitted following the revolt of Thomas of Lancaster in 1322, and the manor of Balsall was granted out by Edward II to a John Pecche on 2 November 1322 (CPR 1321-4, p.215).
