- The Werdales request remedy as the king brought a plea against them concerning tenements in Bamburgh that were Marion de Werdale's inheritance, and at the last eyre it was alleged that the tenements were given for the keeping of the gate of Bamburgh castle, and the escheator has taken the tenements.

- He should have a writ in Chancery to the Escheator south of the Trent that he certify the reason for the taking of the tenement into the king's hand, and the writ should be returned coram rege.
