Swynnerton requests a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to discharge the petitioner, Shareshull and Porcel of the recognisance that he made as a result of the quarrel of the earl of Lancaster as in the parliament after the coronation it was ordained that such recognisances by null.
