- Writ of Edward III to the sheriffs of London to make Freswyn, Arnold and Henry, and other merchants of Germany to come at the octave of Holy Trinity in the future when Wyddeslade has been given a day to answer why the execution of the arrest should not be made on their goods and merchandise, and receive what the court considers.1)
- Nature of endorsement
- They have made to come Hilderbrand Sutherman by Walter Mordon and William Laume. Long, Isplyngrode, Wassemet and Isplyngrode could not be found in their bailiwick.2) They have made to come Christian de Sutherman, Lambert de Maynburg and Godekyne Wassemet, merchants of Germany that are to be in Chancery on that day by Henry Langai and John de Wynbourn.3) No merchants of the power of the counts can be found in their bailiwick.
