- [This petition is damaged] The community of Warwickshire state that franchises were granted to the people of Coventry which were prejudicial to various lords and to the community of the county, but that they were repealed at their suit, but that now they understand that others are to be granted, worse than before. They ask that neither these repealed franchises nor others should be granted without [due process].
