- Richard le Bachiler of Warwickshire states that one Joan, daughter of Robert de Eston, maliciously and by procurement of his enemies who wished to deprive him of his right, sued an exigent him in Yorkshire, where he has no lands or tenements, and that he was not attached and knew nothing of this suit until a writ came to the Sheriff of Warwickshire to arrest him. He requests the King's grace.
