- [This petition is damaged.]Roger de Wiggeleye of Ludlow and Peronelle his wife state that William de Greslak, chaplain and executor of the testament of Hugh le Tannour of Ludlow, Peronelle's father, falsely inserted a clause in Hugh's testament disinheriting Roger and Peronelle, before the commissaries of the Bishop of Hereford, and that the Bishop is upholding him in this. They request a remedy.
