[This petition is damaged.]Roger de Wiggeleye of Ludlow and Peronelle his wife state that William de Greslak, chaplain and executor of the testament of Hugh le Tannour of Ludlow, Peronelle's father, falsely inserted a clause in Hugh's testament disinheriting Roger and Peronelle, before the commissaries of the Bishop of Hereford, and that the Bishop is upholding him in this. They request a remedy.

Because probate of testaments belongs to the ecclesiastical forum, he is to sue in court Christian, except concerning goods which are bequeathed in testaments to lay tenements, of which the petition makes no mention.
