John de Wellesley asks the King to pardon him £100 which he owes him for the arrears of his rent for Kildare and for various debts and farms when he was Sheriff of Kildare, in consideration of his good service in war and the losses he incurred in the safe-keeping of Kildare castle.

[On face] The King has pardoned 50 marks, and has granted that for the remainder he is to pay 6 marks annually at the King's will.[None on dorse]
