William de Wyntringham, parson of St George's church, York, states that during the last parliament in York the Bishop of Durham and his ministers entered his close, and carried off his hay and oats, without paying, and also the offerings of his chapel, and they broke the supports of his houses. He requests a remedy.

Edited in Rot. Parl. vol. I p.399a (no. 68) among a group of petitions from 15 and 16 Edward II (8 July 1321-7 July 1323). There were parliaments in York in May and October 1322 - one of these would seem to be the one referred to here.
