- John de Wysete, parson of the church of Southrepps, states that he was presented by the present Earl of Surrey and duly instituted, but that because William de Cusaunce wrongly gave the King to understand that it was vacant, the King presented Peter de Cusaunce, William's brother. He requests a remedy.
