Nature of request
Maud de Wycombe states that her son has been falsely imprisoned in Northampton castle for six years, and that she has sued to the King throughout England and Scotland during this time for his release, and that she has never been able to have this because of the people of Oxford, although the King has granted it five times.
Nature of endorsement
The justices are to be ordered to inform the King of the reason why they have not proceeded to delivery of him as they have done with others.
