Nature of request
The Abbot of Waltham states that he is parson of the church of Windsor, and should have by right tithes of everything that grows within the parish. He asks that the Keeper of the King's stud in the New Park of Old Windsor might be ordered to pay him a tithe of foals born in the stud, with arrears.
Nature of endorsement
A writ is to be sent to the keeper of the stud etc., to have the tithe paid to the parson of the place, who should have it by right; and the King will make him an allowance etc.
