Roger de Whatton, farmer of the manor of Kislingbury, which belonged to Warin del Idle, states that last Michaelmas Gerard del Idle, Warin's son and heir, expelled him from the manor and carried off his goods and chattels, so that he cannot levy the King's debt from the chattels, or his farm due at the Exchequer. He requests a remedy for his stolen goods, and the aid of the King's court for the King and for himself.
