William le Wylde requests a letter of the privy seal to the Chancellor to send a writ to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to allow him a sum due to him from the seventh year of the King's father's reign in the debt which he owes the King.
Nature of endorsement
The Treasurer and Barons etc. are to be ordered that, when they have seen the bill, they are to do justice.
Note
This William le Wylde is probably the petitioner in SC 8/146/7293. The petition would seem to date from late Edward II or early Edward III.
