- Two petitions claiming errors in the record and process against Alice Perrers in 1 Richard II are enrolled on the roll of the parliament held at Gloucester, on the Wednesday following the feast of St Luke, 2 Richard II (1378) (Rot. Parl. vol. III, pp.40b-41b, SC 8/18/890 and 891). This list of errors may well have been produced in support of these petitions: in Rot. Parl. vol. III, p.40b a list of errors is mentioned.
