Nature of request
The petitioners state that warrens throughout the realm are being destroyed by people coming at night and trapping rabbits when they leave the warrens to feed, on the pretext that outside the warrens they can do so without offence to the law; and sometimes they enter the warrens in the dark, claiming that they are outside. They ask for a remedy in their present parliament, for the preservation of the warrens.
