The marcher lords of the Welsh marches, both prelates and other lords, complain that they are often harmed by accusations tried by inquisitions of Welsh people, and ask that it might be ordained in this parliament that in future that no justices in these parts hold inquisitions on any accusations or actions against English people by Welsh juries, and vice versa.
