Nature of request
Thomas Vaghan, esquire, asks the King, with the advice and assent of the lords temporal and spiritual assembled in the present parliament, to exempt from the current act of resumption the grant made to him of the office of Master of the King's Ordinance and Habilaments, and also certain lands and rents granted to him as he has no wages for this post.
Nature of endorsement
The King, on the advice of the Lords spiritual and temporal, agrees to this provision with regard to the messuage, housing and gardens in Coleman Street in London, and the messuage called 'Garlic' with its garden in Stepney, for term of his life; and all other things contained in the provision are to be resumed.
