This petition is to be delivered to the Chancellor and Treasurer, so that, when they have summoned the justices and other wise and great men of the land, and when they have called the Keeper before them and heard his arguments, they are to have a swift and suitable remedy ordained for the things contained in this petition; for it seems to the council that it is necessary and demands speed.
