John de Thornegge of Lynn states that he and the Archbishop of Trondheim had a ship bringing a cargo from Norway to Lynn, but that on the eve of Trinity Sunday last it was seized off Yarmouth by Theobald de Bartone, Gervase Athelard of Winchelsea and his company, and John Venesoun of Dover and his company; and they are still holding it. He requests a remedy.
