- The petitioners state that at the last parliament held at York, they presented bills against the tin-miners of Devon for various trespasses and crimes committed against them, and Hugh de Curtenay, William Martin, John de Stonore and William de Bourne were appointed to hear and determine these trespasses. They have done nothing, and the petitioners ask for a writ to them to proceed to hear and determine them, and to do justice.
