- Richard, son of Hervey de Stretton, states that he made an agreement with master Thomas de Pynwelessdon, that Thomas was to plead all Richard's pleas of land in the county of Staffordshire, in exchange for 100s. and also 40 acres of land when he had won them, but that Thomas has broken this agreement and done nothing for him. He is prepared to aver that this is true and requests a remedy.
