- Beatrice de Sayton states that John de Ask deforced her of the manor of Sheraton in the bishopric of Durham, and of other lands and tenements, which were entailed on her, and that she can have no remedy as she is poor and he is rich, and because he has alienated some of the lands, so that she does not know who to take action against. She requests a remedy in the present parliament, so that she can have her inheritance.
