- Proviso exempting from the current act of resumption the grant of 40 marks annually made to John Skelton, esquire, in compensation for an earlier grant made to him by Henry V, and in consideration of the ransom he paid when captured by the French.

- [Endorsement to SC 8/141/7011A] Because of the considerations contained in this bill, and also because of the great age of John Skelton, it is agreed by the lords spiritual and temporal that it is to be done as is desired.
