[Eight separate petitions on a roll entitled 'These are the petitions of North Wales'].1) The burgesses and merchants of Caernarfon request repayment of loans as they cannot build the town or profit from their land.2) The people of the garrison of Caernarfon request payment of the arrears [of their wages].3) The masons and others request payment of wages.4) The people of Caernarfon request that they can hold their lands by charter with the same liberties as those of Conway and Beaumaris.5) Liverepol requests payment for malt taken from her by Felton.6) Preston and the other merchants of Lancaster request payment for corn, flour and meat taken from them by Felton.7) The burgesses of Beaumaris request payment for all manner of goods and services on the works there.8) Chire requests payment for . . . of Beaumaris.
