Name(s)
Marshal, Countess of Norfolk and Lady Seagrave (Segrave), Margaret
Addressees

Nature of request
Margaret, Countess of Norfolk, requests the cessation of a case in King's Bench, whereby her tenants in Everton and Fenstanton are being distrained for contributions towards the upkeep of the bridge at Huntingdon. She claims that the tenants of these lands, parts of the earldom of Norfolk and the lordship of Seagrave, are exempt from such charges.
