Nature of request
Robert and Margaret Lucas request the return of property in Fulham, bought jointly by Margaret and her former husband, John Northwyc, in 1356-7 (30 Edward III). They state that John, without Margaret's consent, enfeoffed the property to Alice Perrers, who had offered in return to pay John all the money he was owed by Edward III and Queen Philippa. This was never actually paid.
