- Dated to 1387 in Rot. Parl. III, p.254, but corrected on the guard to 1385-6, with reference to Leadam and Baldwin, Select Cases before the King's Council, Selden Society, xxxv (1918), where (p.xciv) it is argued that it probably dates from 1386.
