Note (Additional information about the record)
- Clearly dates to the aftermath of the rebellion of 1322, and probably to the parliament of May 1322. Easingwold was in the King's hands as early as 24 March 1322, when a commission of oyer et terminer was ordered into the removal of Lancaster's goods from Easingwold and Pickering (CPR 1321-4, p.149).
