Nature of request
Ralph de Neville requests remedy, stating that Thomas Rokeby, Scop and Lythum broke into his park at Raby and hunted and took his animals. He has sued them in the Bishop's court, and they have been outlawed, but he can have no recovery because they have no lands in the bishopric.
Nature of endorsement
Let a writ be sent to the Bishop of Durham to send the record of the process into Chancery, and then let a writ ordering the arrest of the outlaws be sent to the sheriffs of the counties where they are staying.

Note
Dated to 1337 by Fraser, citing the history of the case from the registers of the palatinate of Durham. The original suit was to be heard in June 1336, and in June 1337 Neville obtained a writ to the sheriff of Yorkshire to arrest the outlaws.
