Nature of request
Draft text of a clause granting an exemption to a forthcoming act of resumption. This relates to property in Cambridgeshire granted at the King's request by the warden and scholars of Merton College, Oxford, to Somerset and Langton to the use of King's College, Cambridge, in exchange for Stratton St Margaret in Wiltshire, and also a pension of 100s paid to Merton by the Abbot and convent of Glastonbury for a corrody granted to that house.
