- Piers de la Mote requests confirmation by the King of grants made to him by Neville, the Lieutenant of Aquitaine, of various rights in the town and castle of Cubzac, granted to him on account of his good service and losses during the recent war and the rebellion of Cubzac, when he remained loyal and lost all his lands, property and his eldest son.

- Dated on the guard to c. 1380, with reference to a grant to the petitioner of 10 July 1380, which would appear to have been issued in connection with this petition. This would seem to be the original petition, of which the petition at SC 8/128/6356 is a later copy, submitted with SC 8/128/6354.
