Note
The alien cell at Monks Kirby was granted to Epworth by Richard II in 1396, restored to Angers by Henry IV in 1399, and finally granted back to Epworth by Henry V in 1415. There is no clear indication as to which stage in this process this petition relates, but it seems most likely that it dates to between the restoration to Angers in 1399 and Henry V's grant in 1415.
