- Bernard le Moigne requests that the King honour the terms of a charter between him and Tyeys, whereby Moigne granted a tenement in Southampton to Tyeys in return for his sustenance for life. The tenement is now in the King's hands. A Latin copy of the charter, dated 30 December 1319, is included.

- Show the writing in Chancery, and let faithful men be appointed to enquire into the truth of the petition, and let this be returned and justice be done.
