- Walter de Milleward requests the honouring of a bill for 100s 6s issued to him under the seal of Roger de Norburgh, later keeper of the wardrobe, for oats taken by the king's purveyors. He has presented it to the Treasurer, but has been refused payment, and he now has nothing by which to live.
- Nature of endorsement
- Order the Treasurer and Barons to view the bills and to search the accounts, and if they find that the king was served then they should do what it reasonable, and if the find that the king was not served, they should appeal the parties and do right.Coram domino Rege.
