Nature of request
Ralph de Mehermer requests the restoration of the manor of Tytherley, which had been granted to him as compensation for the manor of Warblington. He had held Warblington by gift of the king, but this was then granted to Robert le Ewer, and although he was then granted Tytherley as compensation, this has since been resumed into the king's hands due to the ordinances of the lords ordainer.
Nature of endorsement
It is agreed by the council, if it pleases the king, that he is to have back the manor of Tytherley with the rents, because it was not a gift but was given in recompense for the manor of Warblington, which the king had previously given him, and afterwards gave to Robert le Ewer, to have according to the tenor of his previous letters.
