Ralph Machon ('Ralph called Machon') states that, while he was working in foreign lands and following an investigation by the ministers of Jersey into various crimes, he was accused of theft and outlawed. He requests pardon for the outlawry, and, if found innocent, that he be restored quickly to his goods.
