Nicholas de Meynyll requests action against Colevyle, stating that Colevyle has, under royal license, imparked the wood adjacent to his free chase at Whorlton, but has also constructed a deer-leap, as a result of which the deer in his chase now enter the park but cannot return.

Assign men to enquire into this, and on what account Robert de Colevill has this park, and how long Nicholas has had free chase, and other articles, and let an inquisition be returned.
