Note (Additional information about the record)
- An order to restore this manor and the goods to the petitioners was issued on 20 July 1343, following an inquisition held on 20 April. The entire episode, involving an alleged felony and Mareschal escaping from Guildford gaol, is detailed in CCR 1343-6, pp.160-1.
