Nature of request
Baldwin de Mohun requests that he be allowed administration of the goods of John de Mohun at Whichford in order to perform the terms of John's will. Note
Writs taking the goods of John de Mohun into the king's hands and authorizing inquisitions post mortem were issued on 31 August 1330. Presumably the petition was made soon afterwards.
